Who We Are

Non-profit 501c3 organization, headquartered in Nashville, serving the state of Tennessee with seven regional chapters of volunteers. Tennessee Association of Craft Artists (DBA Tennessee Craft) elevates craft artists, engages and educates the public, and enriches the creative economy and tourism. Tennessee Craft preserves the state’s vital handmade arts heritage, both traditional and contemporary, while fostering community connection and opportunity for artists of all levels, from emerging makers to masters.

What We Do

Tennessee Craft’s programming spans arts business and creative development, educational partnerships, mentorships and apprenticeships, exhibitions including two large juried biannual Tennessee Craft Fairs with 200+ artists exhibiting and demonstrating (May and October in Centennial Park, Nashville TN), artist economic sustainability, and community service opportunities. Tennessee Craft's mission fosters participation, learning, growth, collecting, creating, teaching, mentoring, demonstrating, partnering, and enhancing tourism and economic vitality. Tennessee Craft responds to community needs for craft arts access and are uniquely equipped to meet.
