Flint Global is a nonprofit organization committed to helping great humans break cycles of extreme poverty and dependence. We partner with communities around the world to build skills, access, and opportunity, empowering families to thrive across generations. Our vision is to help half a million people out of poverty by 2033.

We work alongside local leaders and families to create sustainable pathways out of economic poverty. We provide hands-on education and coaching that equips individuals to build businesses, gain employment, and develop the practical skills needed to flourish over the long term. Our work emphasizes local ownership and long-term impact. We serve individuals and families experiencing extreme poverty, particularly in communities where opportunity is limited. Our programs equip people with practical skills and resources that strengthen households, grow small businesses, and fuel local economies. By investing in people, we strengthen entire communities.
